About the Role

The IT Governance Analyst is responsible for implementation and management of Global IT governance across all regional and BU IT departments, improve the IT Portfolio Management and Governance culture within DPW.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Implement Global IT Governance Framework across all Regional and BU IT departments.
  2. Improve the IT Portfolio management culture within DPW by implementing the capability, including policies, processes, templates and tools.
  3. Assist all IT Focal Point for Global IT Governance Framework, including related policies, processes, templates and tools.
  4. Update and publish Policies, Processes, Procedures, templates, dashboard.
  5. Ensure that decisions taken by Portfolio Committee are implemented in a timely manner.
  6. Compile and publish Global IT Governance and Compliance report periodically.
  7. Evaluate RO/BU maturity based on COBIT framework.
  8. IT Audit and compliance co-ordination.
  9. Promote and demonstrate positive behaviors in harmony with DP World’s value and culture.
  10. Ensure that the highest levels of safely are applied in all activities.
  11. Understand and adhere to DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies.
  12. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Experience & Qualification

          Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Should have 5-8 years of experience in IT field with at least 5 years’ experience in IT Governance, Risk and Compliance.
  • COBIT, PMP and ITIL Framework Knowledge/Certification will be added advantage.
  • Experience in IT Governance.
  • Experience in writing and maintaining IT Policies, processes, templates and dashboard.
