About DP World Africa Region
Africa Region is one of the fastest growing segments within DP World's terminal portfolio, employing more than 3,000 people across five terminals. Major new developments include the inauguration of Doraleh Container Terminal (DCT) in Djibouti, and assumption of operating control of two terminals in Algeria, at Algiers and Djen Djen.
DP World Africa Region is home to one of DP World's most advanced cross-training initiatives, according to which the company selects candidates to train at DP World's home terminal at Jebel Ali, then rotates them through assignments within the Continent. Ultimately, trainees may themselves become trainers in their own country, or in other terminals under development.
DP World Africa Region seeks to place talented individuals in positions at all levels, across all terminals. Successful applicants will be comfortable working under dynamic conditions, possess strong teamwork skills and be committed to constant improvement.
