What are your main responsibilities?
In the current globalised and globalising environment DP World must be aware of any trend or event likely to have a major impact on our terminals' performance. The role of the Market Research Department is to ensure that the company's senior management has all the relevant information and analysis that they need to make informed decisions on key strategic issues.

I extremely pleased to see that terminal and regional management are reaching out to us more and more for information and analysis. I also very much enjoyed helping to progress a number of the initiatives that flowed out from DP World's Corporate Strategy Conference last year. It is rewarding to have visibility on 'big picture' projects as they evolve and become part of the way we do business. My major problem at the moment is that I'm running out of desk space!
