What are your main responsibilities?
Operational management requires leadership, and the ability to effectively manage procedural change and personnel development. It is my job to constantly improve operational accountability by looking for ways to get the best performance out of our people and equipment. I also contribute to strategic planning for the terminal.
What do you enjoy most about work?
Above all, I enjoy solving problems. Working in a positive and dynamic environment and leading a group of highly motivated and result-driven individuals of course make the job that much more satisfying.
