What are your main responsibilities?
I analyse and register all tariffs charged for surface use. I update the clients' register, coordinate all billing documents to be sent to the Credits and Collections Department, maintain organised archives, maintain the consistency of programmes, manuals and procedures, and check all loaded and unloaded equipment to assure proper tariffs were applied.
What do you enjoy most about work?
I love the sense of camaraderie that exists in the department. We're very serious about our responsibilities, but enjoy each others' company as well.
