  • Drive expansion of DP World’s reefer activities in The Americas, with (initial) focus on West Coast South America and DR. 
  • Develop product concepts and -in coordination with business development department and local business units CEO’s- propose and materialize specific projects in Reefer Logistics, Hinterland depots, and port-centric logistic solutions.
  • Drive and pursue sales efforts with local business units of reefer related activities.
  • Engage as subject matter expert on reefer products and consult/educate on these with the local business units.
  • Assist local business units with execution and performance of reefer related activities.
  • Oversee and coordinate execution of existing project portfolio.
  • Annual reefer sales with 12 month rolling P/L impact of USD 2m revenue.
  • Propose minimum three projects for execution per year.
  • Yearly budget and forecast performance per project and business unit.
Person Proven track record of working at senior level within the reefer industry with Sales and P/L experience from a shipping line or logistics company
  • History of expanding the technical reefer business from Peru to rest of region in stages incl spareparts, PTI services and M&R services, and experience in developing Banana logistics products.
Qualifications MBA or similar business degree is preferred.
