After the successful experience of Mina Rashid Marina (Dubai, UAE) where we offer berths for some of the world’s largest yachts, P&O Marinas extended its management and operations to four marinas in Dubai, located along the beautiful coast of Jumeirah.
Our ongoing focus is to expand beyond Dubai through the world creating lifestyle destinations for yachting enthusiasts, local residents and tourists, offering a wide range of amenities and services ranging from private and hotel accommodation, shopping centres, sailing and sports clubs to cruise terminals, for the benefit of communities and economies globally.
About the role

Based in Dubai at Mina Rashid office, the main purpose of this role is to look after the boats on land and arrange for the loading and off loading the boats via slip way and to ensure the cleanliness of the boats and yard.


Key Responsibilities

 Responsible for the operation of the boat services and dock management

  1. Set up of implementation of and continuation of a weekly checklist for the dock system, to make sure that all portions of the dock are utilized in line with MRM Standards
  2. Maintenance and repair of equipment and tools
  3. Working knowledge of Marina Operational functions related to docking operations.
  4. Sustain good housekeeping of all the boats and yard required for proper execution of the duties.
  5. Keeping records and providing reports to the supervisors on boats utilization and yard utilization
  6. Assist in daily operation of the Marina as needed and requested by the MRM operations management
  7. Any other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualification and Experience

 In order to give credible support to the organisation and be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have the following experience, skills and qualifications:

  • Technical Diploma degree with more than 3 years as Technician in the same environment.
  • High standard of communication and interpersonal skills, enabling communication at all levels within the business.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective team communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
