About the Role

To review People policies, processes and systems, propose improvements, follow up implementation and issue reports/dashboards on DPW people, People department, and productivity projects.

Key Accountabilities
  • Review and improve Group People department’s policies, procedures and processes.
  • Develop and communicate reports and dashboards related to DPW employees and Group People Department.
  • Support People analytics and workforce management.
  • Support planning and monitoring of productivity projects.
  • Support HR systems projects.
  • Conduct various analyses and issue reports using PowerBI.
  • Prepare documents and presentations (for meetings, employees manuals and procedures, testing, training, FAQs, etc.).
  • Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Founder’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned. 
Qualifications and Experience

In order to give credible support to the organisation and be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Human Resource management.
  • 6-10 years’ experience in Human Resources, Project Management, Productivity.
  • Project Management/Lean methodology certification or experience.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI.
  • Excellent writing skills in English language.
  • Desired competencies (Customer Service Orientation, Achievement Orientation, Concern for quality, Organizational Awareness, Teamwork and cooperation).
